Designed for mature youth aged 14-16 yrs., this resume-building "bootcamp" provides participants with the training necessary to become future coaches, camp counsellors and program developers.
Facilitated by a certified teacher and award winning presenter, those enrolled in the program will learn the essential skills
required to effectively lead groups, as well as other invaluable, transferable skills such as interviewing techniques and conflict resolution.
Each participant in this small, hands-on group will be paired with an NTT mentor coach, and have the chance to work as a team to design and lead an actual session with youth.
